Bogart racing wheels - a set of just 3 ever made

I got these fantastic wheels from a good friend. This is a set of Bogart racing wheels in 4,5 and 7 inch. Mr. Bogart himself wrote me just 3 sets of these wheels are ever made and were originally made for the History Channel. ????
They are known as VW "Tab" Wheels ( 3 piece, Spun OUTER and INNER with a BILLET CENTER.
